ERA Consulting Group announces an investment of $7.5M in its Funeral 365 management solution 

Montreal, QC, CANADA, January 30, 2024: ERA Consulting Group is proud to announce an investment of $7.5M in its integrated management solution for funeral businesses, Funeral 365. An initial deposit of $5 million has been secured, and the approval for a second tranche of $2.5 million is in place. 

This investment aims to: 

• Release version 1.1 of the Funeral 365 solution, incorporating minor improvements to modules such as pre-arrangement contract, funeral contract, cemetery contract, planning of transfers, ceremonies, laboratory, rooms, and improvements to management tools, tasks, and documents for all employees involved in supporting families. 
• Integrate the customer portal, approval management, and reporting tools through the Microsoft Power Platform suite. 
• Enable the development of an Express version allowing rapid, turnkey deployment to funeral homes, transport companies, cemeteries, laboratories, or independent crematoriums. 
• Set up a collaboration center called the hub to facilitate interaction between these different stakeholders. 
• Enable the hiring and training of experienced resources required to support the planned growth.
